Fall Soccer Team Ethics and Sportsmanship Awards Announced

On December 29, 2022, the United Soccer Coaches announced the Team Ethics and Sportsmanship Award recipients for high school programs competing in the fall season.

Twenty-five high school boys and girls teams received the United Soccer Coaches Platinum Team Ethics Award for completing the entire 2022 fall season without receiving either a yellow or red card. 135 boys and girls teams received either the Platinum, Gold, Silver, or Bronze version of the High School Team Ethics and Sportsmanship Award, which recognizes teams that exhibit fair play, sporting behavior, and adherence to the laws of the game.

This season, Christian Life School, coached by Alan Krass, was awarded the Platinum award, which means the team received no cards during the season. Twenty-five teams were awarded this high honor and as a result, Christian Life showed what it truly means to be a Compassionate Citizen and a Conscientious Disciple in and out of the field.
